At Glass Specialty, we take safety seriously, holding our technicians to the highest standards. All of our installers are certified by Essex Adhesive manufacturers and must pass Glass Specialty’s extensive written and hands-on certification program. In addition, our technicians are accredited by the Automotive Glass Replacement Safety Standards Council (AGRSS), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the safe replacement of auto glass.   Unfortunately, many shops don’t go this extra mile, and as a result 70% of auto glass is installed incorrectly. We think this is absolutely unacceptable and are doing everything we can to keep you, as a consumer, educated and safe. Why? Because we think you’re worth it.

Quality Products & Interactions
We use only Essex Urethanes and primers for all automotive glass installations. Essex is the only urethane used by Ford, GM, Chrysler, and almost all other automobile manufacturers for the installation of OE glass. In rigorous crash tests conducted by Ford in 1997, Essex was the only urethane that passed. All of our quality glass installers are given thorough training by Essex in the use of its urethanes.
